TITLE:  President, Project Engineer

Jim is a principal owner and has been on the Board of Directors of Triad Associates, Inc., since its inception. He is responsible for the design of water and wastewater treatment facilities and other civil, environmental, and industrial engineering projects. Jim is also responsible for cost control, cost estimating, and value engineering studies. He holds responsibilities in the areas of corporate marketing, public relations, and client management.

Jim has designed a number of significant projects for the firm including the wastewater treatment plants for the Towns of Odon, Sweetser, and Middlebury and for the Cities of Elwood, Wabash, New Castle, and Linton. Other past projects include the value engineering study for the City of Indianapolis’ Department of Public Works, a thirty million dollar Sludge Management Facility. Recent water treatment and distribution projects include those for the Towns of Kempton, Middlebury, Upland, Fortville, Whitestown, and Ingalls.  Jim also designed the first reverse osmosis water treatment plant in the State of Indiana for the Town of Bloomingdale.
