Lou Savka – Owner Biography

TITLE:  Vice-President, Secretary/TreasurerLou has been employed with Triad Associates, Inc. since 1982.  He is on the Board of Directors and is vice-president and secretary/treasurer of the Corporation.  His current responsibilities include corporate administration, marketing, public relations, client and project development, as well as project management. Lou serves as client and project liaison from initial marketing through development and implementation of projects.  His work includes pre-project planning, scoping and contract negotiation.Click here for Lou’s complete resume  or a conversation with Lou.

Jim Frazell, P.E. – Owner Biography

TITLE:  President, Project EngineerJim is a principal owner and has been on the Board of Directors of Triad Associates, Inc., since its inception. He is responsible for the design of water and wastewater treatment facilities and other civil, environmental, and industrial engineering projects. Jim is also responsible for cost control, cost estimating, and value engineering studies. He holds responsibilities in the areas of corporate marketing, public relations, and client management.Jim has designed a number of significant projects for the firm including the wastewater treatment plants for the Towns of Odon, Sweetser, and Middlebury and for the Cities of Elwood, Wabash, New Castle, and Linton. Other past projects include the value engineering study for the City of Indianapolis’ Department of Public Works, a thirty million dollar Sludge Management Facility. Ligonier’s Strawberry Valley Cultural Trail awarded funding by Regional Cities

On February 14, 2017, Mayor Patty Fisel  and City officials of Ligonier requested funding from the Northeast Indiana (NEI) Regional Partnership for Ligonier’s Strawberry Valley Cultural Trail project.  Along with Triad Project Engineer, Jonathan Moen, P.E., the team shared the vision and intention of the City’s Strawberry Valley Cultural Trail in vivid color.  The trail project will encompass a 5-mile loop  that will meander through the City allowing users to take in the best of Ligonier:   4 City Parks, the Downtown District, the Elkhart Riverwalk, artwork, murals and bronze statues, and architecture of historical interest.Congratulations are in order now that it is official that the City of Ligonier will be receiving $248,920 in Regional Cities Initiative funding for the installation of the Strawberry Valley Cultural Trail.  In Noble County’s Advance Leader article by Kelly Lynch on August 8,  Mayor Patty is quoted as saying, “I think that it is great for the City of Ligonier.  This is … Continued
