While our goal is to meet the needs of our clients, we also want to provide good living for ourselves. This is accomplished by our array of specialized engineering/architectural services with an honest emphasis on value. We strive to produce the highest quality and best economic results, thus enabling our clients and employees to focus on their own good living.
History
Triad Associates, Inc. was established in 1975 by Thomas Schubert, P.E., and James Frazell, P.E., primarily to perform design and consulting services in the water and wastewater sector. This market remains as one of our primary focuses. However, in keeping with the needs of our clients, we offer services in architectural, transportation and all infrastructure concerns. Triad is incorporated in the State of Indiana. Our corporate office is located in Indianapolis.
Mr. Schubert and Mr. Frazell are actively involved in the day-to-day operations of the firm and are the major principals and officers of the corporation. Minority ownership of the firm includes Lou Savka.
One of our philosophies has always been a team approach with a cost effective and common sense attitude!
Currently Triad Associates, Inc. has Professional Registrations in Indiana, Illinois, Ohio, Michigan, and Kentucky.
